This mobile working solution streamlines the assessment process in a secure and user friendly manner. Nurse assessors gather all the required evidence at the assessment, completing the required documentation in real time.

It can be used on a range of device such as tablets, PC desktops and laptops as well as working across digital platforms like iOS and windows. WIFI and 4G are not required to complete an assessment, once connected to WIFI all documents are uploaded using the synchronise button. Users are able to capture key signatures at MDT using on screen handwriting recognition when all parties are present.
