It’s been a busy year so far starting with the results of our

Service and system quality survey across 10 categories:

100% rated as Excellent or Good.

 

In our key Health sector PCT re-organisation is raising the tempo:

 

Hertfordshire ICSU select CONI in a competitive bid against Broadcare and Caretrack.  They will also be implementing the DST for Nurse Assessors to make Reviews as efficient as possible.

Fairways Independent Fostering select CASSI with the web based Carer & Child prompting system.

Goes ‘Live’ March.

 

December 2012:

Sutton & Merton PCT began planning for the implementation of CONI alongside Wandsworth.

 

Clinical Commissioning Team of the Year 2012!  Having used CONI for 5 years Nottingham were the first CCG to use CONI to support their commitment to excellence.

 

August 2012

Mental Health: Wandsworth PCT has implemented a tailored version of CONI for their team.

 

8 more PCTs go live including:
