Plus offers a complete range of professional services
that support our
clients in implementing our packaged and bespoke developed

currently support more than 3500 users who have implemented

solutions within the Public and Private Sector.
Our Professional Services Director has many years
of experience within the
IT services sector and has overall responsibility to
ensure that
our team deliver effective, high quality solutions -
on time and within budget.

QA Plus is an accredited supplier for IBM and Fujitsu
with ISO9001
certification since 1994. Our Quality Management System
was originally
developed and implemented in conjunction with IBM as
part of our Agent Approval.
All staff are aware of and involved in our Quality Program.
In addition,
we provide a Quality Plan for all our clients and ensure
that their own
project management conforms to ISO9001:2000 standards.
We are pleased to say that our commitment to quality
management throughout
our professional services team enabled QA Plus to be
one of the first IT
companies in the UK to achieve Lloyds Register accreditation
under the latest
ISO9001:2000 standards.
The U.K, Australian and USA standards reflect the
International Quality Standard
BS EN ISO9001. QA+ is validated against this standard
and Fujitsu Australia Ltd
is an AS3901 registered company.
QA+ suppliers and systems
comply with ISO9001, use of QA+ systems
will facilitate accreditation and we can assist client
applications.
