implementing the QA+ package will be able to take
advantage of enhanced functionality within new
releases of the system, at no development cost.
We consult with our clients on a regular basis
to gather 'intelligence' as to what is required
generically within a sector - perhaps to meet
upcoming legislation or new IT platforms.
This consultation takes place both informally
and formally through User Group and individual
client reviews. We use these to identify enhancements
that may be:
- Specific to a client that will deliver a value
for money, chargeable development where a Business
Case is made.
- Enhancements of interest to more than one
client where development costs may be shared.
- Core functionality required by a number of
clients that can be funded by QA Plus and delivered
as part of QA+ package enhancements.
Our published Roadmap indicates the facilities
that we have developed within our core systems
and which are then available for integration with
client specific systems. Examples of current Roadmap
facilities available with new releases are:
- Integrated email message generation and receipt
- File attachments with full (UK government
standard) metadata
- Physical file tracking
- Form colour control by user
- Favourites Menu for improved navigation
With the QA+ Roadmap clients
need never have to undergo a complete change from
a legacy solution to a new system - controlled
transition rather than revolution is always easier
to manage effectively. |
