Each
QA Plus client is assigned an experienced Project
Manager to oversee all aspects of project management,
planning and implementation and as such we focus
on developing an effective working relationship
with the key people within your organisation.
The Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility
for the project management with emphasis on the
requirements of the client and their relationship
to the technical solution and will ensure that:
- A detailed analysis of requirements is carried
out to capture and document your exact needs
for your deployed solution and ongoing support
and training.
- Your system is designed and configured at
our offices to meet your specific requirements
to support your processes.
- Your system is exposed to our rigorous quality
assurance test program at our offices before
seeking your acceptance of the system.
- Installation and training is carried out at
a convenient date to allow for a timely transition
to your new system.
- Ongoing support is provided at a level specific
to your requirements to ensure staff are well
trained, processes are understood and where
necessary refined, and best practice is shared
across all our clients.
The Project Manager will ensure that all aspects
of the Project Plan are managed to our stringent
Quality Standards under ISO9001 thereby maintaining
our Corporate Ethos:
