QA+ CASSI, our adoption and foster care solution, enables you to keep all relevant information from enquiry, through application and approval, with adoptive parents or foster carers as well as the management of all associated payments and invoices.

QA+CASSI maintains a record of all the relevant information for current placements and also provides a comprehensive placement history for the life of the child's record on the database.

References must be performed satisfactory before approval can take place. QA+ monitors these checks and automatically generates all necessary correspondence. Rules built into CASSI do not allow further processing until an authorised person confirms satisfactory checks.

QA+ is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, using drop down lists of information, which are user defined. This makes the system incredibly flexible both for current and future use.

The system contains all the information needed to process enquires, but more importantly it performs administration functions automatically:

• Generating acknowledgement letters

• Generating statistics

Enquires are transferred to the application stage. Once at the application all required data can be recorded, assessed and checked.

Checks include:

• Regulatory (Client Categories, Numbers, Fit Person Checks.)

• Internal (Facilities provided, focus etc.)

• After placement child information (Ages Ranges, Ethnicity...), reason for placement, date placed with carer is linked to the carer record.

Reference Checks

The application process references:

• Personal/professional.

• Fire safety.

• Another authority.

• Medical & financial.

• Police.

• National list.
