QA+CONI is a Continuing Care (CC) and Funded Nursing Care (FNC) system for PCT, LHB and CHP
departments.
The QA+CONI system provides management of care processes while improving quality standards
and reducing administration through automation and effective task management. It supports all aspects of the process from
nurse assessor caseloads in respect of patient
assessments and reviews through to budgeting,
actual cost and forecasting. Provider invoice
validation ensures payment errors are eliminated
and admin costs are reduced.
QA Plus have 16 years experience of providing
software solutions to the Health Sector and some
of our existing clients include; Primary Care
Trusts (PCTs), the Healthcare Commission, the
Commission for Social Care and Inspection and
the Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (who
use our database solutions to monitor the performance
of the Health and Social Care Sector across the
UK). Through working with PCTs for many years
we have gained a strong understanding of the key
requirements and where we can help reduce overspend,
improve standards and cut costs.
In recent months, QA Plus have seen a surge
of interest in this market, due to the pressures
brought about by the reconfiguration and the guidelines
set out by the National Framework, with an increasing
number of PCTs assessing the way in which they're
managing their care processes and looking for
support and improvement in this area.
